Stephanie at Even Cleveland wrote a piece about becoming aware of your mortality- or at least the moment in time when you realize you are no longer a kid- at a rock show. I, at 26 (coming rapidly upon 27), am constantly considering my place in the world at my particular age. This is partially due to my beginning graduate school in 3 months, and partially because it is how I have always been, even as a kid. Needless to say, I felt a strong kinship with her in terms of this concept. I think most anyone, no matter their age, can and will relate. (Stephanie is 30.)
